Saks Fifth Avenue will close 16 out of 18 of its bridal salons by the end of the year, reports WWD. This includes the two locations in Texas- Dallas and Houston. New retail is popping up all over Houston. One area we’d like to point out is West Ave. The walkable urban village is located at Westheimer and Kirby. The Design Source is one of the retail hot spots that’s slated to open a two-story, 12,000 square-foot flagship store. The three gorgeous showrooms will feature Ligne Roset, a European home furnishings company; Houston @ Home, fine home furnishings from around the world; and Varenna, a luxury kitchen line.
