Current Energy (located on Knox Street in Dallas) has temporarily opened a store in NorthPark for the holidays. So if you’re shopping for that person who’s out to save the planet, stop in and look around. This location is carrying items such as solar-powered backpacks, motorized bikes, bamboo towels and organic soaps. Located on the seconed level by Nordstrom.

The Plano-based retailer broke ground, Thursday,  on a LEED-certified, environmentally friendly store in Fairview, TX.

This is the first “green” project for J.C. Penney. It will stand as an anchor store for The Village at Fairview mixed-use development. Other retail stores at this shopping center include: The Container Store, Dillards, Whole Foods and Macy’s.
