Somewhere off the highway in West Texas is a tiny little convenience store that has the best smoked BBQ you’ll ever eat. We know it’s probably not the first time you’ve heard that sentence—but TC’s Ponderosa is the real deal. Our favorite is the chopped beef sandwich paired with an ice-cold Dr Pepper.
