Just across from Gruene Hall stands the stunning Texas Landmark Building that is home to The Gruene Antique Company. They have been in business since 1986 and sell everything from antiques to collectibles to random gifts.

This is no antique store, it’s an antique mall! This place is huge! This 6,500 square foot building is an antiquer’s personal heaven on earth! The building was build in 1903 as a place where local farmers could buy wares and do some business. Today, the Gruene Antique Company is located in the large center room of the building, which sold dry goods, and the east wing of the building, which still houses Gruene’s original bank vault.

The Historic District is such a unique place that will welcome you with open arms and of course, shopping! When you’re done, grab a bite to eat and head over to Gruene Hall for a nightly show.
