If you love wine, food and puppies (AKA everyone) come out to the Heart of Texas Wine and Food Festival. Event activities include a BBQ cook-off, silent auction, the famous “Cork Pull” and an adorable Red Carpet Dog Walk featuring adoptable shelter dogs. This event is a major fundraiser for the Humane Society of Central Texas who supports life-saving programs and day-to-day shelter programs.
