Austin Shopping: Open for Business
Austin, the Live Music Capital of the World, is slowly but surely opening up! Austin Shopping is taking steps to best support your needs and safety while adapting to new guidelines. Read along as we highlight some of our favorite shops and their plans for reopening!
Adelante
Did you hear the news? Adelante is open! They’re resuming business Monday – Saturday from 10am – 5:30pm and Sunday from 12 – 2pm. To keep the store safe and protect the community, they have put some rules in place: when visiting, please wear a mask at all times, sanitize your hands or wear provided gloves upon entry, and maintain a social distance of six feet while shopping. Staff will be cleaning throughout the day, disinfecting clothing after try-ons, practicing social distancing, and wearing masks while customers are in the store. Visit their Instagram for more information.
Beehive Boutique
BEE happy! Beehive Boutique is reopening Friday, May 8th! Online shopping is still available with free shipping on orders over $35—just use the code FREESHIP. Staff is in store Tuesday – Saturday from 10am to 5pm to answer any questions about styling or products. Also shop the “Honey, I’m Home” curated/personal styled box, which can be sent straight to your house!
Moss Designer Consignment
Shop over 3,000 closets under one roof! While Moss is closed to the public until further notice, you can still shop online or schedule a private shopping appointment. Moss is currently consigning for spring and summer, so set up a curbside consignment drop-off! Pssst… stay up to date on all things Moss on their website or Facebook to be the first to know about reopening.
Stag
Don’t worry, guys, we know you could use a little retail therapy right now, too! Stag is stocked with provisions including apparel, accessories, gifts, apothecary, art, furniture & more. While their stores aren’t open quite yet, you can still place online orders and in-store pick-up is available. Give them a follow on their Instagram to stay posted as they inch closer to reopening!
Uncommon Objects
Uncommon Objects is back and reopening May 8th with new hours. Swing by every day from 10am – 2pm to discover vintage finds, antiques, and quirky odds and ends. Their staff is taking steps to help you feel safe while shopping including wearing masks, remaining six feet apart, and taking temperatures each morning. Plus, they have floor markings to help direct foot traffic and hand-sanitizer stations around the shop.
Eliza Page
While the Eliza Page team is eager to get back to their store, they will continue to provide curated virtual shopping and design appointments from a safe distance for now. Head over to their website to get your shop on 24/7 with free shipping on all online orders or curbside pickup at their Austin location. And did we mention, use code LOVE20 for 20% off your order!
The Domain
Style isn’t cancelled. Head to The Domain Monday – Saturday from 11am – 7pm or Sunday from 12pm – 6pm for some retail therapy. They’re taking steps to ensure you stay safe like regularly disinfecting common areas, providing sanitizing stations and encouraging social distancing practices, including the use of distancing markers and extra space between seating.
