Galveston’s historic downtown district, known as The Strand, is a lovely shopping area at the corner of 25th and Strand. Lined with Victorian buildings, large windows and beautiful architecture make window shopping inevitable. You’ll find a nice collection of boutiques, art galleries and restaurants.
