Our favorite places include open-air centers such as Legacy West, an urban destination with upscale shopping and buzzy restaurants, and The Shops at Legacy, loaded with chic dining options and one-of-a-kind trendy boutiques.  And of course there’s The Shops at Willow Bend, home to the city’s only Neiman Marcus.
