It’s time to clean the 2016 out of your shoe collection to make room for some of our favorite 2017 shoe trends! We’ve been doing some research and we came to the conclusion that there are some pretty wild shoe trends to keep your eye on this year.

The first trend we love is the return of the kitten heel. You’d be crazy not to love kitten heels because they’re cute and comfortable—what else do you need in a shoe? Another trend for the New Year is the complete opposite of kitten heels. Don’t be surprised when you see platform shoes all over the red carpet. We love this trend because it doesn’t just belong on the runway – platform heels are easy walk to in and can be shockingly comfortable. Here’s a shoe tip: the thicker the heel, they easier they are to walk in.

A 2016 trend that’s carrying over into 2017 is strappy heels and sandals. Whether they wrap around your ankle or all the way up to your knee—these shoes increase your cool factor.
