The Lights at Legacy: November 19
The holidays officially begin when The Shops at Legacy illuminate the magical holiday lights. Bring the kids too because Santa is scheduled to make an appearance!
Ford Holiday River Parade: November 24
This is a parade like no other. It’s known to gather over 40,000 people and as the name states, the Ford Holiday River Parade floats along the San Antonio River Walk with 26 illuminated boat floats. Join all your friends and family to experience a one-of-a-kind parade with all of the floats portraying holiday movie classics.
Festival of Trees: November 17 – 18
Give back this holiday season with a Christmas-related silent auction benefiting Habitat for Humanity of Ellis County. You can participate by decorating a tree, wreath or other Christmas décor item, volunteering at the event, attending the Festival of Trees, or purchase any of the auctioned items.
The Lighting of the Doves: November 18
The 35th annual event includes fireworks, live music, snow, and activities for all the kids. This is a free event for the whole family to enjoy and experience the lighting of the doves before the holidays are in full swing.
