Famous Kolaches from West, Texas are Coming to Plano’s Steinfest
Plano’s annual celebration of the best beer, food, and polka music happens every October, and trust us, you won’t want to miss it!
Since 2015, Steinfest has been a community favorite, but this year is extra special! Czech Stop, a beloved Texas bakery, is making its way to North Texas just for the occasion! That’s right, the one and only kolache destination is setting up a temporary outpost in Downtown Plano! Czech Stop has been a staple for West, Texas and now the 34-year-old bakery is ready to share their famous kolaches with Steinfest visitors. Run, don’t walk!
Expect to enjoy one-of-a-kind artwork, live music, spectacular beer, and most importantly, German-inspired delectables. Make sure to get there in time for the wiener dog fashion show Saturday morning.
Entry is free and food and beverages can be purchased through coupons, available at the festival entrance. A VIP package is also available for $50, which includes 20 food and beverage coupons, a commemorative stein, a Steinfest t-shirt and access to the VIP beer garden with a private bar. This is a weekend your whole family will want to attend!
