6th Street is arguably the most energetic part of Austin after dark. The seven blocks of 6th Street between Congress and IH 35 are usually filled with an eclectic crowd looking for a good time in one of the numerous bars, entertainment venues and art galleries that line the street.  Sport some comfortable shoes or spare a few bucks for a pedi cab because this entertainment hub is heavy with foot traffic!
