The Stockyards boasts a new program, The Herd Experience, providing visitors an engaging overview of cattle drive history, featuring a herd of Texas longhorns and real Texas cowhands! Every detail of the cattle drive—from the saddles and chaps to the boots and hats – is authentic and historically true. Each experience lasts 15 minutes and takes place at 11:30 am and 4 pm on East Exchange Avenue.
