The Williamson Museum in Georgetown is dedicated to showing and preserving the history of Williamson County. You can learn about everything from education to stories from the Civil War. The museum also hosts the annual Pioneer Day, a fun event showcasing life on the old prairie. Admission to the museum is free, but they encourage you to donate towards persevering the exhibits.
