Every year Texas Tech University hosts one of Lubbock’s favorite holiday events, Carol of Lights. The official lighting ceremony only happens once a year but the 25,000 colored lights that illuminate 18 buildings will be turned on every night until January. Over 20,000 Tech students and Lubbock residents attend this event every year, so make sure you join the crowd.
