Neighboring NorthPark on the opposite side of the highway are The Shops at Park Lane, where you can find incredible brands at affordable prices at stores like Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th and Bloomingdale’s – The Outlet. Cottonwood Art Festival
There is always something to do in Richardson, such as attending the Cottonwood Art Festival! This semi-annual prestigious art event takes place every May and October, located in the scenic Cottonwood Park.
