What to Wear to Sorority Recruitment in 2023
With the start of the collegiate school year comes excitement and maybe a little nervousness for your classes, meeting new people and big lifestyle changes. The beginning of the school year also means it’s time for sorority recruitment for participating freshman and sophomores. What this big week looks like varies from school to school, but most have common variations of days. Open House
This round is the first and least formal. You will be visiting each sorority to chat with a few girls and learn what each house stands for. These are LONG days, so comfy shoes are your best friend.
Pro Tip: Pack a pair of comfy sandals or sneakers in your bag to change into all week between houses!

This day is all about the sorority’s philanthropy and what they’re passionate about. Expect to learn about the charity and maybe do a craft or activity!
What to wear: Sundress with flats or a short heel

This is the day that you get to tour the house and get more insight into whether or not you see yourself there. This day is all about truly showing off their personality.
