With the weather blessedly starting to cool down, and all your favorite stores are stocking up on the cutest sweaters and booties, you know what that means! Fall is here, and we need a pumpkin spice latte ASAP! This is one of our favorite times of year at Shop Across Texas, and we’re so excited for all of the events happening this season! We’ve got the inside scoop on the best of the best events happening this fall and we challenge YOU to attend one (or all) of these amazing events in Texas.

Dallas – Autumn at the Arboretum

Step into a fall wonderland at Autumn at the Arboretum! As you enter the gates, you’ll be transported to a world full of pumpkins, chrysanthemums and other fall blooms that will sweep you off your feet. From September 18th – October 31st, you can explore the pumpkin village and see Charlie Brown and all his friends throughout the exhibit!

Canton – Yesterland Farm

Take things up a notch this season and find your way through a 3-acre corn maze, play zombie paintball, fire apple cannons and pick your favorite pumpkin at the pumpkin patch! The Yesterland Farm is open to the public every weekend from September 18th – November 7th.  This event is full of activities that will keep everyone smiling from ear to ear!

Tyler – Texas Rose Festival

The annual Texas Rose Festival is underway and ready to turn heads this year! On October 14th-17th, you can watch a coronation, a parade filled with elaborate costumes and attend a tea party – this event is like nothing else!

Fredericksburg – Food & Wine Fest

We’re doing it big (Texas style) this year at the annual Food & Wine Fest, October 21st-23rd! Come out and indulge in all of the Texas fare, from wine to live music, you’ll be saying “y’all” before you know it! If you’re over 21, admission is $25, but it’s totally worth it because you’ll receive a souvenir fest wine glass, six wine tasting tickets, access to the auction and the grape toss!
